Industrial Relations: Graduate with 5-15 years of experience in handling IR. Qualification in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations from a reputed institute / university an added advantage.
Job involves administration and management of all the facilities and amenities at project sites, liaising with local bodies, time office & payroll management and supervising security functions. Knowledge of labour laws related to construction industry is a must.
Stores Management: Graduate with 5 to 15 years of experience in handling stores function at project sites. Qualification in Stores / Materials Management from a reputed institute / University would be an added advantage. Job involves independent handling of the complete stores function at project sites and preparation of stores MIS reports.
