# QA/QC – Manager / Engineer
Graduate / Diploma in Civil Engineering. Experience in QA/QC management plan, design audit, construction audit, traceable and verifiable records. Will compile and develop base QA/QC procedures, ensure complete metro is constructed and designed in accordance with QA/QC procedures, audit contractors to ensure compliance with their own QA/ QC, conduct site construction inspections to ensure compliance with QA/QC procedures, inspect work, materials, quality documentation, correspond with clients.

# EHS – Manager / Engineer
Graduate / Diploma in Industrial Safety. Should be conversant with environmental and occupational health aspects and pertinent codes of practices such as OSHAS. Will be responsible for training and imparting safety standards on construction of Metro. Should be conversant with safety aspects of all activities related to a metro project, road safety and traffic diversion aspects in urban environment and have effective public interfacing skills. Should develop and implement EHS processes and tools at projects, and have experience in electrical safety system and fire safety procedures.

# P&M – Manager / Engineer
Graduate / Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical / Automobile Engineering.
Experience in periodical and preventative maintenance of construction materials such as machinery, plants, hot mix
plans, earth-moving equipment installation, operation and handling of construction equipment like cranes, hoists, and transport equipment like four-wheelers, dumpers, trippers, transit mixers, trailers, tractors. Will undertake cost maintenance and inventory management.

# Precast – Manager / Engineer
Graduate in Civil Engineering.
Experience in precast segmental construction to manage and liaise with Head of pre-casting activities at casting yard, client representatives and PC Yard In-charge for all precast-yard related works. Effective production of precast elements for l-girder, viaduct segments, spine and wings, staircases including match-casting on long-line and short-line method.

# Erection – Manager / Engineer
Graduate / Diploma in Civil Engineering. Must have at least 6 years of experience in precast segmental erection, technical knowledge in execution, and knowledge of plant and machinery handling. Will manage and liaise with internal and external customers for precast element erection on a large scale, including elements like viaduct segment, spine and using I girde.

# Formwork – Manager / Engineer
Graduate / Diploma in Civil Engineering. Must have experience in use of system Formwork such as wall formwork, climbing formworks, modular formwork, automatic climbing formwork for high-rise buildings, aluminium formwork, tunnel formwork, slipform, and other advanced formwork systems.

# Execution – Manager / Engineer
Graduate / Diploma in Civil Engineering. Must have good work experience in mechanised construction on a metro project in concreting, reinforcement, pavement, taxiways, finishing and interiors, structural / piping fabrication and erection works.

# CMPC – Manager / Engineer
Graduate / Diploma in Civil Engineering. Experience in structural designs, formwork, and erection by cranes, construction methodology, temporary / enabling works design, workable engineered solutions based on relevant codes, with in-built safety and quality attributes. Time and cost factors to be given due importance.

# Rebar – Manager / Engineer
Graduate / Diploma in Civil Engineering. Will interpret and follow method statements and procedures, specifications, drawings, and all other discipline-related project and engineering documentation. Will lead and control rebar fabricators engaged in all activities concerned with the civil works. Must be able to optimise resources (manpower, equipment and materials) to ensure efficient and timely completion of the works. Will liaise with foremen from other disciplines to ensure the optimum utilisation of available work, with the overall objective of successful completion of the project

# MEP – Manager / Engineer
Graduate / Diploma in Civil Engineering. Material take-off, preparation of shop drawings, bill of material, daily progress, preparation of ‘as built’ drawings, installation of different electrical / mechanical systems, testing and commissioning of the E&M system. Will interface with other services. Technical know-how of site installation, testing and commissioning procedures.

# Steel Structural – Manager / Engineer
Graduate /Diploma in Civil Engineering. Will be responsible for the supervision of all structural execution work at site. Should have experience in executing RCC, PSC girder and composite bridges / ROB with pile foundation. Should be conversant with launching methodologies. Will check the levels on top of foundation, PCC, pier top, abutment top, deck slab, well shift and tilt levels. Will calculate the quantities of steel, cement, sand, earthwork, P.C.C., footings, piers, bed block, pier cap, T-beams, wearing coat and hand-rails.

# Surveyor
Graduate / Diploma in Civil Engineering. Should be a civil surveyor with high-level surveying and layout skills. Alignment and layout confirmation co-ordinates from construction works. As-built records confirming layout complies with requirements and tolerance obligations.

# Finance, Accounts & Administration
Graduate / Post Graduate with 8 to 12 years’ experience in accounts, commercial and administration functions at project sites of a reputed construction company. Will maintain and monitor project accounts, commercial aspects and the administrative functions, leading the team of
Accounts, Stores & IR department, generation of Project MIS / costing reports, co-ordination with cluster offices and HO, statutory compliances and local administrative issues.

# Industrial Relations
Graduate / Post-Graduate with 5 to 12 years’ experience in IR functions at the project sites of reputed construction company with proficiency in handling IR matters. Qualifications in PM & IR or Law from a reputed institute/ university, an advantage. The job involves administration, statutory compliances at project sites, liaison with local bodies, time office and payroll management, supervision of security functions, labour camp management. Knowledge of IR/Labour law related to construction industry is essential.

# Stores Management
Graduate / Post Graduate, with 5 to 12 years’ experience in handling inventory management and the stores function at project sites of a reputed construction company. Qualifications in material management from a reputed institute / university, an advantage. The job involves independent handling of the complete stores function at project sites and preparation of stores MIS reports.

Construction Engineer – Civil / Mechanical: Full-time Graduate or Diploma Engineer with 5 to 15 years’ experience in execution of water supply pipelines, sewerage pipelines (including laying, testing and commissioning), civil structures like intake wells, elevated reservoirs, sumps and pump houses, treatment plants and non-revenue water. Knowledge of safety and quality procedures, desirable.

Construction Manager / Engineer – Electrical: Full-time Graduate or Diploma Engineer with 5 to 15 years’ experience in installation and commissioning of electrical system for treatment plants, pump houses of water-related projects. Experience in O&M also, preferred.

Head Engineering – Water Supply & Distribution Segment (Chennai): Experience: 20 to 25 years, with knowledge in design of conventional water treatment plants inclusive of clariflocculator / lamella separators / IPS / rapid gravity / pressure filtration systems / microfiltration / ultrafiltration / nanofiltration followed by reverse osmosis system.*

Head Engineering – Waste Water Segment (Chennai): Experience: 20 to 25 years, with knowledge of design of sewage treatment plants with process specialization in activated sludge systems like extended aeration, SBR, MBBR and anaerobic systems like UASB with emphasis on biogas and power generation.*

Head Engineering – Industrial Water Systems Segment (Chennai): Experience: 20 to 25 years, with knowledge of design of pretreatment plant as well as industrial effluent treatment with zero-liquid-discharge for power / refineries / petrochemicals / distilleries / textiles / tanneries / CETPs with process specialization in activated sludge process – extended aeration, SBR, MBBR and UASB systems as well as tertiary treatment systems like microfiltration / ultrafiltration / nanofiltration / reverse osmosis systems.*

ALL THREE HEADS above: Full-time Graduate with M.Tech in Chemical/Environment Engineering. Should have thorough knowledge of CPHEEO manual, IS and other national/international codes, standard field practices, method for optimisation of process and projects cost with working knowledge of respective design software. Should have experience of leading a team of multi-disciplinary design engineers for basic and detailed engineering for tenders as well as operating jobs of water-related projects to augment the respective business. Should have good communication and networking skills to facilitate the approval of designs from clients and consultants.

Senior Design Professional (Desalination / Reuse) (Chennai): Post-graduate in Chemical/Environment Engineering with 15 to 20 years’ experience in process design of desalination plants, recycle and reuse of waste water/industrial waste with extensive knowledge of advanced technologies and national and international standards.

Design Manager / Sr. Design Engineer – Structural / Geotechnical (Chennai/Delhi):
Full-time Graduate Engineer (Civil) and Post-graduate (Structural / Geotechnical Engineering) with 5 to 15 years’ experience in design, detailing, preparation of bill of quantities for all liquid-retaining structures, treatment plant structures, pump house, pipeline-related structures, river intake / jackwell structures and other industrial RCC and steel structures. Hands-on experience in using STAAD Pro and other structured analysis package, essential. Geotechnical Engineer should have experience of geotechnical studies, soil improvement methods, slope stability, etc. Should be conversant with structural analysis and various national and international codes.**

Design Manager / Sr. Design Engineer – Process (Chennai / Delhi): Experience: 5 to 15 years. Full-time Graduate Engineer Civil / Chemical with M.Tech – Environment / Chemical. Should have knowledge of IS codes and CPHEO Manual and other related standards with knowledge of AUTOCAD software. Should have experience in process design of sewerage treatment plant, water treatment plant. Must have knowledge of treatment process and
technical advancement. Shall be responsible for planning and developing the optimum process for the given parameter with total operational efficiency, quality, safety and cost effectiveness.**

Design Manager / Sr. Design Engineer (Water Distribution Network / Sewerage Network) (Chennai / Delhi): Full-time Graduate or Diploma Engineer (Mechanical), with 5 to 15 years’ experience. Should have knowledge of IS codes and CPHEEO Manual and other related standards with knowledge of EPANET, LOOP, StormCAD, SewerageCAD, WaterCAD, WaterGEMS, AUTOCAD software. Should have experience in design of MS pipelines water distribution network, sewerage network, storm water drain, 24*7 concept, design of pumps and other electro-mechanical works with preparation of BOQ for tendering for water supply projects / sewerage projects.**

** ALL THE DESIGN POSITIONS above must have experience of interaction with / obtaining approval from Govt. bodies, good communication skills, knowledge of technology developments and standard field practices, and be ready to travel and visit sites whenever required.

OTHER PROFESSIONALS

Safety (EHS) Manager / Officer: 5 to 15 years of experience. Graduate or Diploma Engineers (Civil / Mechanical/ Electrical) with Diploma in Industrial Safety from approved institute. NEBOSH certification, an advantage. Preferred: Experience in construction industry and handling EHS Management functions in construction projects. Experience in water-related projects.

QA / QC Manager / Sr. Engineer (Civil / Mechanical): Graduate Civil / Mechanical Engineers with 5 to 15 years’ in-depth experience in the construction industry. Should have expertise in developing contract-specific PQPs implementing QMS, perform vender qualification. Must possess knowledge of standard exposure to QC lab at site and perform internal audits as per ISO 9001.

Business Development Manager / Contract Manager: Full time Civil / Mechanical / Chemical Graduate with 5 to 15 years’ experience in business development / tendering / estimation for water related projects with excellent knowledge of techno-commercial terms, pre-qualification criteria, costing, tender procedures, FIDIC conditions, IS codes and standard field practices, risk assessment and good networking with clients / consultants.

Manager / Engineer (Plant & Machinery): Full-time Graduate or Diploma Engineers with 5 to 15 years’ experience in installation, operation and maintenance of construction equipment for water-related projects. Should have knowledge of optimum utilization of equipment and best hiring method.

Finance, Accounts & Administration: CA / ICWA with 3 to 5 years’ in-depth experience in managing accounts, commercial and administration functions. Experience in the construction industry, an advantage. Post-graduate in Commerce with 5 to 8 years of experience in managing accounts, commercial and administration (Store / IR) functions of construction projects will also be considered.
