The GM Hospitality functions as a strategic business leader of the Club, with primary responsibility for all aspects of rooms and F&B operations, including financial performance, sales and revenue generation and above all members & guest satisfaction.

General Manager Hospitality job vacancy at The Tollygunge Club

Post Name: General Manager – Hospitality

The incumbent’s responsibilities will include:

Revenue generation & Management:

Execute the business plan of the Club, with focus on P&L to maximize growth and profitability.

Lead the team effectively to ensure complete member and guest satisfaction across span of control

Overall Responsibilities:-

Manage the residential and F&B outlets of Tollygunge Club comprising of 67 rooms, Club House, 5 Restaurants, 3full-fledged bars, Multiple F&B Banquet outlets. Banquet Services, Bakery. Ideate and curate all major club events (sports/games and festive occasions), including special popups.
Will also be responsible for Housekeeping and in-house laundry.

Stakeholder management:-

External:-

• Liaise with corporates
• Liaise with vendor/ partners
• Curate & design seasonal packages & offers for conferences and accommodation

Internal:-
Collaborate with members of the Club, employees of the Club (Management & Non-Management including the Trade Union), General Committee of the Club, Subcommittees of the Club.

Training:- Create a cohesive and high-performance team that continuously strives for positive results and improvement. Identify learning & development opportunities for employees; and effectively execute career plans for direct reports, based on their individual strengths.

Team Management:- Develop a harmonious relationship with the employees (including unionized staff) to achieve performance, productivity and discipline.

Experience:- Around 25 years of experience in hospitality with strong F&B exposure. 45-50 years old.
