Chief Officer, HR, Marketing Manager Job vacancies at Kerala Vision Broadband Limited

We are looking for qualified and experienced personnel for the following positions immediately:

Post Name: 1. Chief Technical Officer (CTO)

The CTO leads our technology strategy, ensuring efficient, secure, and profitable tech use. He / She should align tech decisions with business goals, communicate with stakeholders, and drive competitive advantages through new tech solutions. A CTO should have the necessary business knowledge to align technology-related decisions with the organization’s goals and should discover, evaluate and implement new technologies, systems and infrastructure that yield competitive advantage.
Qualification: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Electronics and Telecommunication. MBA preferred.
Experience : Proven experience as a CTO or similar leadership role or a minimum of 15 years of industry experience. Should be willing to relocate to Kerala.

Post Name: 2. NOC Manager

Qualification: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics and Telecommunication and relevant work experience. Industry professional certifications such as CCNP, JNCIP, HCIP or equivalent are desirable. Proficiency in TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, IS-IS, VPNs, VLANs, and other networking protocols. ln-depth Knowledge of BNG/B-RAS, RADIUS, TACACS components and NAS configuration.
Experience : 7+ years of experience with an Internet service provider/Telco/ Technologies & solutions partners.

Post Name: 3. Transportation Manager

Qualification: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science. Information Technology, Electronics and Telecommunication and relevant work experience. Industry professional certifications such as CCNP, JNCIP, HCIP or equivalent are desirable. Proficiency in MSTP, RSTP, ERPS, MEF, LLDP, LAG, VLANs, and other L2 networking protocols. ln-depth knowledge of IP protocols, MPLS, L3VPN, L2VPN, MP-BGP, OSPF, IS-IS and network security.
Experience : 7+ years of experience with an Internet service provider/Telco/ Technologies & solutions partners.

Post Name: 4. Enterprise Marketing Manager

Qualification : Bachelor’s degree, MBA preferred. Responsible for implementing the company’s marketing Business strategies focusing on Enterprise Business and effectively leading the marketing teams to achieve business targets. Should possess strong leadership and managerial skills and a deep understanding of marketing fundamentals, have an objective and data-driven approach towards market analysis, and be a great communicator.
Experience : 10+ years of experience in Sales or Marketing with an Internet service provider/Telco/Technologies & solutions partners.

Post Name: 5.Manager- HR

Qualification : Bachelor’s degree with MBA in HR. Responsible for implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues. Manage the recruitment and selection process. Nurture a positive working environment.
Experience : 8+ years of experience in HR in a reputed company.
