Post Name: Assistant Professor

First Class Master’s Degree in Business Administration or equivalent from any premier Business School with a minimum of two years of professional experience after acquiring the degree of Master’s degree.

• Ph.D. degree in the relevant field and First class or equivalent at either Bachelor’s or Master’s level from premier Business School in the relevant branch
• At least a total of 6 research publications in SCI journals / UGC / AICTE approved list of journals.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in teaching / research / industry out of which at least 2 years shall be Post Ph.D. experience.

In addition to AICTE pay scales, a Special Pay upto a maximum of 25% of pay will be offered based on exceptional performance in teaching and research. BIM offers opportunities and resources for professional growth.
