Team Manager (1 Post):
Candidates should have an ability to lead and motivate a team, set targets and achieve them. 5+ years’ experience in Direct Marketing of financial products/concept sales/construction business will be preferred. Salary Rs. 4-7 lakh p.a.
Assistant Team Manager (2 Posts):
Candidates should have an ability to lead and motivate a team, set targets and achieve them. 3-5 years’ experience in Direct Marketing of financial products/concept sales/construction business will be preferred. Should also be able to recruit and train Sales Executives. Salary Rs. 2.5-4 lakh p.a.
Sales Executives (10 Posts):
Excellent selling and communication skills with experience in Direct Marketing/Selling Insurance, Loans, CASA and other financial products. Salary Rs. 1.5-2 lakh p.a.
Excellent communication skills, fluency in English, Hindi & Kannada and a pleasing personality a must for all the positions.
