Will be responsible for leading the marketing department, must have excellent communication & conviction skills, be a team player, target oriented and with proven track record. Networking with channel partners and excellent knowledge of industry is must. Job based in Delhi/Ghaziabad. # Senior Sales Executive (4 Nos.): (Commercial/Residential) A graduate with min. 2 yrs. of exp. in Real Estate Direct Selling. Must have own vehicle. Will he responsible for client interaction, generating leads through various sources and contribute actively in sales. Job based in Ghaziabad. # Telecaller (Female only): Min. 2 yrs. of exp. with fluency in English and excellent communication skills. Prior experience in call center will bean added advantage. Job based in Vasundhara, Ghaziabad. # Customer Relation Executive (Female only): Any graduate with excellent communication skills and pleasant manners. Key Responsible areas: post sales follow up, timely collection of sale proceeds. Candidates having BPO experience will be preferred. Job based in Delhi. # Accounts Executive:- B.com with min. 3 yrs. of exp. and full working knowledge of Tally and Excel. CA Inter will be an added advantage. Job based in Delhi. # Project Coordinator (Construction): BE (Civil) with min. 5 yrs. of exp. in multistoried buildings. Will be responsible for coordinating with various project engineers, prepare and check estimates/bills /building drawings. Will be directly reporting to Managing Director. Candidates having diploma in Civil Engg. with min. 10 yrs. Exp. may also apply. Job Based in Delhi/Ghaziabad. Salary no bar for deserving candidates. Assistant Manager (Sales) (3) :
MBA with minimum experience of 3 years in real estate industry with Proven track record in sales and a go getter.
SALES EXECUTIVE (4) :

Tele Marketing Executive (1) :
