This private sector leader in the aerospace & defence domains requires General Managers Candidates must be graduate in mechanical engineering from reputed engineering colleges with at least 20 years of experience in the aerospace & defence industry and familiar with ISO systems; must be less than 55 years and must have a basic knowledge of computers.
- General Manager (Production): Candidate will head the fabrication, machine shops both conventional & CNC and assembly and take complete responsibility for production targets, manage a 350 strong work force, co-ordinate with customers & inspection agencies on production matters and targets.
- General Manager (Quality Assurance): Candidate with head the 20 strong quality assurance department and be responsible for maintaining & improving the current quality management’ systems, meeting customer requirements in the fabrication, assembly, and machine shops and coordinating with GM (Production) on production matters and with third party inspection agencies for clearance.

Executive Assistant to Managing Director:
To assist the MD in managing the business activilies.
The candidate should be a mechanical engineering graduate / post graduate with a Masters degree in Business administration / Management.
Experience of at least 2 years in a similar capacity in an engineering industry will be preferred.
Capability to prepare MIS reports, reply to customer queries, prepare presentations for customers, and provide daily briefings to the MD on key issues is essential. Remuneration will be negotiable and will match the current industry standard
