RG Group, having a formidable track record of delivering 14 Commercial Projects in Delhi / NCR in the last decade, are constructing two residential projects in Noida & Greater Noida (West) with a total outlay of Rs. 1200 Crores and Construction area approximately of 70 Lac Sq. Ft In order to keep pace with our ambitious plans, we require the following dynamic, dedicated and result oriented professionals for our Head Office/ Site Offices.
1 VP/GM-Project (Execution) Location -Site
B.E. (Civil) with post qualification experience of 20-25 years with a minimum exposure of 10 years experience in large group housing projects. The ideal candidate would be responsible for coordinating onsite construction activities, implementing projects and constructions management tools, exercising quality control, managing contracts and liaision with the local authorities (Age 40-50 Years)
2 VP/GM-Project (Planning & Coordination) Location -HO
The incumbents need to be B.E. (Civil), with 20 years experience in real estate business. Candidate should have strong knowledge of project planning, coordination, execution of civil work, preparation of technical specification post estimate, purchasing, negotiation and contract processor also well conversant in coordination with clients and contractors (Age 40-50 Years)
3 GM/DGM-Accounts Location -HO
CA with 15 to 20 years experience. Having in-depth knowledge of accounting and contracts, finalisation of accounts, preparation of projections, liaision with statutory and internal auditors, conversant with accounting standards/TDS/ServiceTax/WCT Compliances (Age 35-50 Years)
4. GM/DGM-Finance/Credits Location-HO
CA with 15 to 20 years of post qualified experience needs to have through knowledge of CMA data preparation, Cash flow, Fund Flow. Good in liaision with banks, Financial Institutions & sound knowledge of documentation (Age 35-50 Years)
5. GM/DGM-Business Development/Liasioning Location -HO
CA/LLB/MBA with 15 to 20 year experience out of which minimum 5 years of experience in real estate company in Business Development & Liaisioning (Age 35-40 Years)
6. AGM/Sr. Manager-Legal Location -HO
LLB with 10-15 years experience in handling real estate matters & be fully conversant with matters relating to transfer of property act, stamp act, registration act, and should be capable of drafting documents independently such as agreement to sell, sale deed, lease deed, flat buyer agreement etc. Knowledge of revenue laws relating to Uttar Pradesh will be an added advantage.
7. Billing Engg. Location-HO
Diploma (Civil) with 5-10 years experience in preparation of Bills & Tender Documents. Working knowledge of AutoCAD desirable. (Age 25-35 Years)

VP/AVP/GM-Sales Location –Site
Preferably MBA from Reputed University with atleast 20 years of experience in reputed Real Estate. Responsible for generating new business opportunities for the organization, good command on channel partners, responsible for planning and implementing sales target for the team. Capable of handling large sales team. (Age 40-45 Yrs.)
GM/DGM-Accounts & Taxation Location –HO
CA with 15 to 20 years experience. Having in-depth knowledge of accounting & taxation with thorough knowledge of finalisation of accounts, preparation of projections, coordinating with statutory and internal auditors, conversant with accounting standards / TDS / Service Tax / WCT Compliance (Age 40-50 Years)
GM/DGM-FINISHING (CIVIL) Location –Site
Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering with rich experience of total planning and execution, specialisation in finishing for high-rise residential projects.
GM/DGM-ELECTRICAL SERVICES (MEP) Location –Site
Degree/Diploma in Electrical Engineering with rich experience of 15-20 years, in electrical services/execution of mega scale high-rise real estate projects.
GM/DGM-PLUMBING SERVICES (MEP) Location–Site
Degree/Diploma in Engineering with rich experience of 15-20 years, in plumbing services/execution, in mega scale high-rise real estate projects.
Sr. Architect location –HO
B. Arch./M. Arch, from a Reputed University, with rich experience in multistory residential projects of 10-20 years. Extensive knowledge of bye-laws and regulations will be an added advantage.
Executive Assistant/SecretaryLocation–HO
Graduate with 10-15 years of experience in handling secretarial work. Pleasant personality with excellent communication skills, written and verbal and good command over English.
