We are one of the emerging organizations in the field of Decorative Pipes and high end fabrication of Piping spool. The Company has a strong competence matrix supported by highly professional and experienced management. To augment its growth in the consolidation phase we are looking at following Professionals in the field of Fabrication of Pressure Vessels, Piping Spools, Columns, Heaters & Boiler Components for upcoming facility near Ahmedabad
Operations Manager: The incumbent shall be responsible for management of entire gamut of Production. Process development / Process Engineering. Optimum usage of Manpower. Material & Equipment. Production within budgets & yield. Compliance to statutory norms, EHS and International standards.
B.E. Mech. with 8-12 years of experience in Fabrication & Welding Tech. with automation, Highly conversant with Engineering Drawing S working knowledge of ASME, International Codes, WPS’PORAVPQ & NDT
Candidates with 3-7 years of experience would be considered for the Engineer/ Sr. Engineer position.
Manager QA: The incumbent shaH be responsible for entire gamut of Quality (unction. Candidate should have experience of fabrication Should be well versed in ASME & other related manufacturing codes/standards. Dealing with Third Party Inspection Agencies. Knowledge of NDT & DT. Conversant with ISO 4 ASME U/R stamp.
BE. Mech. with 8-12 years of experience. Should be ASNT/EN 473 level II certification in RT, LPT. MPT. UT. Well conversant with fabrication & welding tech. & Engineering drawing & WPS/PQR/WPQ & NDT. Candidates with 3-7 years of experience would be considered for the Engineer/ Sr. Engineer position.
Welding Engineer: Responsible for establishing Welding Procedures for any Metallurgy. B.E. Metallurgy/ Mech. with 4-6 years of experience. Well conversant with Fabrication & Welding tech., Engineering drawing
Sr. Engineer – Planning: Responsible for planning production actrvities in effective manner, customer satisfaction through proper utilization of
resources in forms of equipment capacity, budgetary allocation, inventory control, manpower utilization & delivery of products on time. B.E. Mech. with 4-6 yrs. of exp. Well conversant with Engineering drawing
Sr. Executives – Marketing(2): Should have exposure for and obtaining tenders in Domestic & International markets. Must have detailed product &
commercial knowledge plus network of relationship in various markets. B.E. Mech. and MBA with Marketing having 6-8 years of relevant experience
in Piping Spool/Fabrication of equipment or Decorative SS pipes.
Sr. Engineer – Project: Responsible for Project Management. Billing. Execution. Planning & Scheduling of the project Manage quality of work.
reconciliation and bill verification. Liaise with government authorities. architects, consultants, contractors & vendors. Safety and security
compliance at site. Progress reports. B.E. Mech. with 6-8years of relevant experience.
Sr. Engineer – Estimation & Costing: Responsible for preparation of Cost Estimation of new bid enquires/ tender based on client specification and the
inputs from design department. Support budgeting and Cost control monitoring. Develop and maintain good database of vendors for facilitating estimations.
An Engineering Graduate with 6-8 years of experience in Estimation/ Cost Control from Fabrication/Engineering industry.
Sr. Engineer – Design: Responsible to prepare and develop detailed design drawings at highly technical level and ensuring clarity & ease of execution/production. Co-ordination with planning and fabrication for deliverables. Assist in preparing estimates for proposals and job scope changes etc.
The candidates should be Draftsman Mech/BE with AutoCAD having 5-6 years of experience. Conversant with ASME codes. Static Equipment. Pressure Vessels. 3D Modeling & Drafting
