Qualification: BE/B.Tech (Electronics) or equivalent, Job Location: Pune # Common Skills required for all Roles: Automotive Electronics product design development knowledge is must, Proficiency in Embedded C, C++ language. Communication Protocols: CAN, LIN, MOST, FlexRay, I2C, SPI, RS232, RS485. Knowledge of different areas of SDLC. # Engineer -I / Engineer -II – Design: Experience – 2-7 Yrs, Programming Language: C, C++, Knowledge of Body Control functions. Exposure to hardware debugging. # Engineer -I / Engineer -II – Validation: Experience – 2-7 Yrs. Scripting Language CAPL. Experience in Black Box Testing, Test Automation, Nl components. Familiarity with hardware debugging. # Engineer -I / Engineer -II MATLAB: Experience – 2-7 Yrs, Experience in MATLAB based model development and testing, Expertise in simulink, Stateflow, m-scrlpting and RTW. # Lead Engineer: Experience – 7-10 Yrs, Solid embedded and system concepts (including AUTOSAR framework). Hands on experience with Design, development and Validation of Automotive Electronics products. Experience in Black Box Testing, Test Automation, Knowledge of hardware, Team player with good analytical and Technical Skill. # Engineering Project Manager: Experience -10-14 Yrs, Experience of managing medium to moderately complex projects for Automotive Electronics, Responsible for analysis, planning, initiation, implementation, delivery and customer feedback. Ensures execution of programs and optimize engineering resources to meet customer objectives and manages customer communication. |

Job Description :
- Hands on experience in Finite Element Analysis of automotive systems, subsystems, components using Hypermesh / Visual environment as Pre / Post Processor and LS – DYNA as solver.
- A candidate must have a very good understanding of Strength tests, Impact tests, Crash worthiness tests as per Domestic and International Safety regulations.
- Exposure to PAM CRASH & knowledge of Modal & Frequency Response analysis ( NVH ) usmg MSC – NASTRAN would be an added advantage.
- Experience in Automotive Seating System simulations would be an added advantage.
- Engineering Documentation viz DFMEA, DVP & R, Change Management using PLM.
Education / Experience – 2 to 9 years
- BE / B.Tech ( Mechanical / Production / Automobile ) with relevant experience preferably in Automotive Industry ( OEM / Tier 1 )
- For CAE : ME / M.Tech ( Mechanical / Production / Automobile ) with relevant experience preferably in Automotive Industry ( OEM / Tier 1 )
Deputy Manager – Purchase ( All Tooling ) : BE. Mechanical / Diploma in Tool & Die Maker / Tooling Engineering / GTTC / NTTF / Indo German Tool & Die, 10+ yrs exp in tool Manufacturing process, in process programme, tool costing, tool manufacturing, raw material availability & costing, estimation of process time for a given design and estimation of process steps for a given tool.
Assistant Manager – Metals ( Tooling Expert ) :
- BE / Diploma preferably from NTTF – Mechanical, 6 to 8 years of experience in Press tools development, establishment of Press shop and tool room. Strong technical knowledge in sheet metal stamping & hands on experience in tool design & development.
- Should have strong knowledge of Design Softwares & GD & T ( Auto cad, Catia. Fast blank, Form suit etc ). Responsible for APQP, PTR, PPAP. Process Capability Studies. Capacity Analysis for Program Launch Readiness. Should have knowledge of SMED, MOST, 5S, TS – 16949. Plan and execute static & Dynamic Buy off of for the Press tools, Welding fixtures, Inspection gauges & monitoring the consistent result & improvements.
Senior Engineer – SQD ( For sheet metals parts and plastic parts ) : BE / Diploma preferably from NTTF – Mechanical, with 3 to 5 years of experience in Metals. Has overall responsibility for New parts development, Monitor tool / process of new part development, prepare & approve PPAP. Quality Management systems, Supplier Quality, Hands on experience in Quality Tools, SPC, PFMEA, PPAP, APQP planning & implementation. Responsible for meeting & update Development progress in CFT, Part Test Trials activities at plant. Establishing the systems for Incoming, In process, Final inspections, layout – functional testings. Supplier audit. Drive Flawless Launches at all, Schedule A. Capacity Planning and Verification, PPAP, Prepare & Conduct the supplier parts PPAP.
Manager – Quality ( APQP ) : BE Mechanical, with 7 to 9 years, must be from Automotive Industry, preferred from similar product. Should have hands on experience in plant quality, quality system & customer handling, drive quality for New Program, on-time completion of documentation as per LPMP and customer requirement. Ensure key quality deliverables per LPMP meet Deadline. Train and Coach the Program Quality Engineers. Attend the Customer Meeting, Support MMA for Quality Deliverables. Support 8D analysis Review for Development Issues.
Manage r- Advance Programme Purchasing : BE Mechanical, 10 Years Experience preferably from an Automotive Industry, programme purchasing background with Project Management Skills. Exposed to working on Launches. Coordination with sales. Engineering, Programme Management, Purchase, Plant, Quality, Supplier for successful program launch Product BOM computation tracking control. Follow through & comply with change management required. Track Budget Vs Actual on spends / material cost / tooling Costs.
Manager – Logistics & Exim : 9+ years experience, MBA / Diploma in International Business or EXIM, Diploma m Taxation Laws, Supporting all plants on Logistics issues and continuous improvement initiatives & Proactive in Cost saving initiatives. Handling the import-export documentation ( pre / post shipment ) Managing both inbound & outbound Logistics end to end ie. pickup till delivery ensuring optimization of freight, Inventory cost. Attending Customs Appeals, Personal Hearings and refunds hearings before Authorities. Negotiation & spot rates finalization with freight forwarders & courier companies for import as well as export shipments.
Engineer / Senior Engineer – IE ( Chemist Foam ) : Bachelors or Master degree in chemical engineering, 3 to 5 years, preferably from an automotive background. Knowledge of PU chemical and chemistry of poiyurethane, experience and exposure to test equipment for chemical testing ( Kalfisher, Foamat, Viscometer ), Conversant with Testing standard and requirement for polyurethanel troubleshoot the foam quality issues, Knowledge of testing standards related to foam.
