  1-	TRAINING & PLACEMENT OFFICER 1 post Pay Scale Rs.15600-39100 Grade pay – Rs.6600	Engineering Graduate with PG Diploma / Degree in Management (HR) with minimum 10 years of experience in similar capacity in T&P Office or HR Department. The candidate is expected to have good communication skills, computer literacy and contacts with various industries.
  2.	CONTROLLER OF EXAMINATIONS 1 post Pay Scale Rs.15600-39100 Grade pay – Rs.6600	Preferably Post Graduate in Engineering/ Science. Experience in Examination Cell/ Familiarity of conduction of examination and other related activities are preferred. The candidate is expected to have good communication skills and computer literacy.
  3.	REGISTRAR -1 post Pay Scale Rs.9300 – 34800 Grade Pay – 4400	Graduate degree in any stream of a statutory University. Post Graduate would be preferred. Minimum 10 years experience, out of which 5 years in similar capacity in an institution of repute, preferably in an Engineering College in handling matters related to rules and regulations in General Administration, HR Policy, Pay fixation, Leave Rules, AICTE, DTE, Shikshan Shulka Samiti, Pravesh Niyantran Samiti, University of Mumbai etc.
  4.	CLERKS – 3 posts Pay Scale Rs.5200 – 20200 Grade pay – Rs. 1900	Graduate with minimum 2 or 3 years of experience in similar post. The candidate should have good communication skills and computer literacy.

  Higher grade pay / basic may be given for deserving candidates.
