HIRING OF INDIVIDUAL CONSULTANTS
IPE Global Private Limited (IPE Global) is the Management Agency for provision of Technical Assistance Support (TAS) to the Ministry of Tribal Affairs, Government of India. The project, supported by Department for International Development (DFID) – Government of UK, aims to support the ministry in implementing the Umbrella Scheme for education of ST students. The proposed umbrella scheme has two major components, namely: improving infrastructure/activities for providing access to quality education; and providing support to enable ST child education through cash incentives/scholarships.This Technical Assistance Support will focus on systemic reforms, setting up new systems and procedures, and on integrating learnings from other national and international good practices.
IPE Global now invites applications from individual consultants for the following core team positions for an initial period of one year, with the possibility of extension for additional two years based on performance:

IPE Global is seeking to recruit a dynamic and creative individual for supporting Child Health Initiatives in the State of Uttar Predash The consultant shall provide technical support for addressing child survival at State level and in few selected districts.
QUALIFICATION/ EXPERIENCE: MBBS with 5 years of progressive managerial experience at district and/or State level will be essential. Candidates having MD (Community Medicine) and/or MPH will be given preference. Knowledge / familiarity with the national flagship programs (NRHM) and experience of working with government sector will be an asset. Good analytical, negotiation, advocacy and communication skills (English/Hindi) are desired.
