Test Engineer: 3-12 yrs experience in design, implementation & validation of test and data collection systems in LabVIEW and Test Stand. Software Verification and Validation Engineer: 3-12 yrs experience in verification & validation testing of embedded, real-lime software, including development of test plans and procedures; knowledge of C/C++ and familiarity with UML, Risk analysis (per ISO 14971) including FTA, FMEA.S Design Quality Engineer: 5-10 yrs working knowledge/auditing experience of FDA Quality System Regulations. ISO 13485. and Medical Device Directive. Risk Management ISO 14971, FTA, FMEA, HACCP Comparative Statistical techniques, sampling plans, GR&R, K-factor. hypothesis testing, ANOVA, parametric and non-parametric analysis. Responsible for Quality Engineering support in Design, Development & sustaining activities for low & high complexity medical device products. Systems Verification & Validation Engineer 5-12 yrs experience to create and develop verification strategies, test plans, and test procedures for new products. Knowledge of standards applicable to medical device Safety Risk Management (ISO 14971/62304, IEC 60601-1:2005, key directives affecting medical devices (MDD, RoHS, WEEE, DOORS, ReqPro, Familiarity with modern verification/validation methods (e.g. black box/white box testing, DOE, simulation, model-based testing, FMEA, robust design analysis) Systems Engineer: 5 -10 yrs experience to perform technical planning, system integration, verification and validation, cost and risk, and support ability and effectiveness analysis for total systems. Responsible for overall system architecture and negotiating tradeoffs between electrical, mechanical & software implementations. Project Manager: 6 yrs plus experience in a project management position, minimum 2 yrs in new product development process preferably in the medical device field. R&D Engineer- Analysis: Mechanical Engineering with 5-8 yrs of experience in preprocessing-specially FE model preparation and meshing, Computer-aided Engineering Analysis (FEA), Plastics design. Experience in ABACUS and Hypermesh.
DFSS Lead: 6+ yrs of experience in the quality engineering discipline with Design for Six Sigma tools in the product development environment. Certified DFSS Black Belt, Certified ASQ Quality Engineer, Responsibilities also include planning, conducting, and reporting on design stage reviews, training on the use of DFSS tool.
