SR. MANAGERS / MANAGERS – PROJECTS BE in Civil Engineering with 15 to 20 years experience in the construction industry. Out of this at least 10 years independently managing one or more projects. ASSISTANT MANAGERS / SR. ENGINEERS / ENGINEERS – PLANNING / BILLING / QA/QC AND EXECUTION. BE in Civil Engineering with 10 to 15 years experience in the construction industry in the relevant area. SR..MANAGER / MANAGER – P&M BE Mechanical with 12 to 15 years experience in Machinery Maintenance, of which at least 7 years should have been In Preventive and breakdown maintenance of, Construction Machinery. The candidate should be mobile and should visit our Projects located all over the country. FOREMAN / CHARGEHANDS Persons with more than 10 years hands on experience in Shuttering / Bar Bending / Masonry / Finishing work/ structural steel fabrication and erection. DY. MANAGER / ASST. MANAGER -ACCOUNTS- HEAD OFFICE, CHENNAI ONLY CA/ICWA- final and inter candidates with 3 to 5 years experience, mainly, in purchase accounting, costing, treasury function and financial analysis. Experience in Construction Industry will be an added advantage. ACCOUNTANTS / STORE KEEPERS Commerce Graduate with computer knowledge and having 5-10 years relevant experience. TENDERING ENGINEERS
Qualification: Diploma/Graduate Engineers in Civil. Experience: 5-10 yrs of which 3-4 yrs in site and 4-5 yrs in tendering for Industrial and Residential projects. MUST HAVE WORKED FOR TENDER IN CONSTRUCTION COMPANIES OF TURNOVER ABOVE RS.100/- CRORES.
Key Requirements: Willingness to work to cater to urgent needs of the customers: In depth knowledge in Excel and/or any ERP; ability to converse with the agencies and get their rates; excellent negotiation skills; knowledge of Contracts like FIDIC etc.
PROJECT MANAGERS
Qualification: Graduate Engineers in Civil. Experience: 10 to 15 years construction Industry experience in Industrial, Commercial and Residential buildings.
Person: A self starter, go-getter with a positive attitude to take on challenges in a demanding environment and exposure to commercial aspects of Projects.
PLANNING ENGINEERS
Qualification: Graduate Engineers in Civil. Experience: 5 to 10 years hard core experience in Project Planning in construction Industry. Project Planning for Industrial, Commercial and Residential buildings is a must. Person Responsible for-the preparation of plans and schedules that are required to manage the project and attain target dates; Knowledge of MS Projects & MIS Reports.
STORE OFFICERS / STORE KEEPERS
Qualification: B.Com Graduate. Experience: 7 to 15 years, out of which at least 5 years in construction industry. Person should be familiar with maintenance of all stores records, proficient with book keeping in a computerised environment. Hands on experience in any Stores ERP is a must.
