ADVICS Co. Ltd., Japan and Hindustan Composites Limited have set up a Joint Venture Company as Compo Advics India Pvt. Ltd., to manufacture Disc Brake Pads for Passenger Car and utility vehicles. The Company is looking for following personnel for their state of art upcoming plant at Aurangabad, Maharashtra.
DEPUTY GENERAL MANAGER – PRODUCTION
He should be an Engineer with MBA in Production Management having 8-10 years of relevant experience with proven leadership skills.
MANAGER-PRODUCTION:
He should bean Engineer with 5-6 years of relevant experience in Production.
ASSISTANT MANAGER – MAINTENANCE
He should be a Mechanical/Electrical Engineer with 5-6 Years of hard Core maintenance experience. Knowledge of Hydraulics and Press Tooling & exposure toTPM will be preferred.
SHIFTSUPERVISORS-MAINTENANCE & PRODUCTION
Graduate or Diploma holder in Engineering, with 3-5 years’ of relevant experience. Specialization in Hydraulics for Maintenances Advance studies in Production Management for Production Supervisors will be preferred.
