This time we are looking for some dedicated and enterprising Medical Executives to work in our coalfield areas. If you feel upto the challenge and meet our requisite criteria, this is your chance to join CIL.
In order to run and manage our hospitals /dispensaries, we require Medical Executives.
1. Specialists (Total vacancies-150)
(a) Sr. Medical Specialist in E4 Grade.
Pay scale:Rs. 29100-54500.
Gross Annual Salary: Rs. 11 lakhs approximately including PRP.
Areas of expertise: Medicine/ Physician, Orthopedics, Radiology, Anesthesia, Surgery, Obstetrics & Gynaecology, Pathology, Ophthalmology, ENT, Pediatrics, Dermatology & Pulmonary Medicine.
(b) Medical Specialist in E3 Grade.
Pay scale: Rs.24900-50500.
Gross Annual Salary: Rs. 9 lakhs approximately including PRP.
Areas of expertise: Medicine/Physician, Orthopedics, Radiology, Anesthesia, Surgery, Obstetrics & Gynaecology, Pathology, Ophthalmology, ENT, Pediatrics, Dermatology & Pulmonary Medicine.
2. Medical Officers in E3 Grade (Total vacancies-167)
Pay scale: Rs. 24900-50500
Gross Annual Salary: Rs. 9 lakhs including PRP.
Total vacancies: 317 posts in E4 & E3 Grades [Sr. Medical Specialist, Medical Specialist & Sr. Medical Officer]. The breakups of vacancies in different caste/categories are as under:

If a vacancy for Specialists posts is unfilled, same vacancy would be filled with Sr. Medical Officers. The number of posts between Sr. Specialist, Specialist in each specialty and Sr. Medical Officer may vary, but total posts will remain 317. Reservation for PWD (persons with disability) is as per GOI Norms and on horizontal basis.
Concession of 5% in minimum marks is given to candidates belonging to SC/ ST/ PWD category.
UPPER AGE LIMIT: 30 years as on 1st April 2014 (Age relaxation available for different categories of applicants as per GOI norms)
COMPENSATION: Selected candidates will be placed as Management Trainee in E2 grade in the scale of pay of Rs. 20,600- 46,500. In addition to basic, DA and other perquisite and allowances are also payable.
The General (Unreserved) and Other backward class (Non Creamy layer) candidates are required to pay a non refundable application fee of Rs 500/-. Applicants belonging to Scheduled Caste/ Scheduled Tribe/ Persons with eligible employees from CIL and its subsidiaries are exempted from payment of application fee

We produce non-coking coal and coking coal of various grades for diverse applications. It operates 471 mines in 21 major coalfields across eight states in India (West Bengal, Jharkhand, Orissa, Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra, Chattisgarh, Uttar Pradesh, Assam). In the financial Year 2013-14 we produced 471.581 MTs of coal.
