1. Assistant Manager – Finance & Accounts
Age: 25-35 years – Male / Female
Nature of job: Commerce Graduate with a minimum of 5 years overall experience and 3 years experience as a senior position in a mid-sized organization with good working knowledge in TALLY and MS Office.
2. Senior Executive – Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
Age: 25-30 Years – Male / Female
Nature of job: Handling Customers across the phase of sales to handing over of project. Graduate with a minimum of 3+ years of experience in customer care / customer handling / customer follow-ups. Should be well groomed with excellent spoken & written communication skills.
3. Front Office Executive
Age: 22-30 Years – Female
Nature of job: Handling front desk activities, attending to telephone calls, supervising house-keeping. Graduate with 0-2 years experience having good communication skills with good personality, Excellent Command over English & Communication skills.
4. Senior Executive – Purchase
Age: 25-35 Years – Male / Female
Nature of job: Obtaining quotes from vendors based on requirements, making comparative statements, order placing and delivery follow-ups Any diploma / graduate with high integrity and good negotiation / communication skills with a minimum of 3+ years of experience in the same profile.
5. Senior Executive – Land Acquisition / Business Development
Age: 25-35 Years – Male / Female
Nature of Job: First level interaction & co-ordination with mediators & land-owners, identifying & inspecting potential lands for Joint Venture / Purchase in & around Coimbatore. Any graduate / diploma candidate with minimum of 3+ years of experience in real estate. Should be willing to travel frequently. Should have good communication & negotiation skills.
6. Senior Executive – Sales
Age: 25-30 Years – Male / Female
Nature of Job: Interacting with potential customers on daily basis for selling our villas / apartments via e-mail, telephone or direct interactions. Any graduate with very good communication, sales & marketing skills with a minimum of 3+ years of experience in real estate sales. Should be willing to travel to our project sites within Coimbatore.
