AGM/DGM/GM (Contracts)
Location: Mumbai/Nasik
Candidates with 15-20 years experience in handling Construction contracts involving contract interpretation, variations, claims with clients. Knowledge of Build Operate and Transfer contracts and experience of arbitration is desirable.
DGM. GM (Toll Operation)
Location: Nasik
Candidates with 10-15 years of experience in overseeing toll operations of SPV’s. Responsible tor liasoning with NHAI & Independent Consultant for Traffic Survey & Analysis of the Projects as part of revenue assurance. Should be able to strengthen operational processes along with technical evaluations of operation and systems, incident management and route patrolling.
GM/VP (Mechanical)
Location: Nasik
Candidates with B.E./ B.Tech Diploma (Mechanical) with 20 years experience in Plant & Machinery Operations for National Highways and Bridge Constructions.
Sr. Manager/AGM/DGM (Technical)
Location: Nasik
Candidates with B.E./B.Tech. Civil with 10-15 years experience of infrastructure development sector in monitoring progress of multiple projects, implementing best practices in quality management and preparing reports of lenders, understanding and effective implementation of drawings and designs.
Sr. Manager/AGM/DGM (Procurement)
Location: Mumbai/Nasik
B.E./B.Tech. (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical) with additional qualification MBA (Materials) with 10-15 years experience in independently handling of project procurement requirements and inventory management.
Sr. Manager/AGM/DGM (Finance)
Location: Mumbai
Candidates with Chartered Accountant / M.B.A (Finance) qualification with 10-15 years experience in managing treasury operations working capital facilities, bank guarantees, bank loans renewal, sanction of term loans . compliance of loan sanctions, working of IRR and NPV and PE Investments.
Sr. Manager/AGM/DGM (Legal)
Location: Nasik
Candidates with L.LB./LL.M. qualification with 10-15 years of experience in all fields of law. Candidates well versed in legal issues of construction industry will be preferred.
Sr. Manager (HR & Admin)
Location: Nasik
Candidates with MBA (Human Resource) or equivalent education with 10-15 years experience in recruitment, training & development, pay roll, PMS, Statutory compliance, employee grievance handling, MIS etc. He will be responsible for project coordination, liasioning with government authorities. Candidate should be well versed with various applicable statutory rules related to HR.
Manager (Environment, Health & Safety)
Location: Nasik
Candidates with B.E.(Civil/Mech./Elec.) or M.Sc.(Chem. /Physics/ Enviornmental Sc.) with additional Diploma of construction safety. Should have min.10 years experience in Highway & Bridge Construction. Should be lead auditor in OHSAS:18001 & EMS: 14001.
