Human Resource & Administration Manager – Job Description
> Manage to coordinate with Malaysia HR closely on issues pertaining to rules and regulation besides establish and develop a high quality and efficiency Human Resource function to meet requirements of tremendous development and rapid expansion of the Company.
> Coordinate with Local Authority namely. Labour Dept. PF, Income Tax, RTO etc.
> Lead a team in delivering high quality deliverables, excellent client servicing and relationship skills.
> Develop, review and update Human Resource related policies and work standards that support the attainment of the mission and goals of the business.
> Advise, negotiate and interact with local senior level management on complex staff issues and matters besides updates towards the current labour problem. At time required, participate in management meeting is necessary.
> Responsible in Administration, get to know the problem, evaluate the solution and advice the management accordingly.

Human Resource Manager – Job Requirement
+ Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Human Resource or equivalent.
+ Recognized university degree and/or post graduate degree, preferably in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or Psychology. Additional professional qualifications in human resource function will be an added advantage.

+ Should possess one or more of the following areas of expertise:
– HR Strategy advisory (including HR operational strategies)
– Talent Management (including skills development and competency modeling)
– Compensation and benefits studies
– Strong understanding of HR issues, as well as their relationship to business objectives

+ With at least 8-10 years of in-depth working experience in the related field is required for this position.
+ Preferable with MNC working exposure.
+ English literacy is a must.

Senior QS – Job Description
+ Responsible for executing the company projects in building construction besides alert on different building contracts in practise.
+ Able to negotiate with contractors, contracts administration and drafting contractual correspondences besides providing advice on contractual claims and establishing client’s requirement on contractual matters.
+ Able to assist Project Manager in the overall QS operation of projects assigned to you (take off, BQ & Material, tendering & cost analysis, certification & VO, Drawings & Consultant Coordination and Construction & commercial admin).
+ Evaluation of price comparison and costing summary besides conducting site valuation and measurement.
+ Assist in monitoring budget and cost Control.
+ Handling Progress claims and progress payment. Need to liaise with Clients, Consultants, Quantity Surveyor and Architects and verify the certification of claims for payment.
+ Analysing outcomes and writing detail progress reports.
+ Knowledge in the implication of health and safety regulation.
+ Preparing for tender and contract documents with client, including bills of quantities for the rate substantial by subcontractor besides allocate work for subcontractor.

Senior QS – Job Requirement
+ Candidate must possess at least a Degree / Diploma in Quantity Survey or equivalent.
+ With at least 6-8 years of in-depth working experience in the related
field is required for this position.
+ Knowledge in Pre & Post Contract administration is an advantage.
+ English literacy is a must.

Graduate in Civil Engineering with 8-10 years of experience of construction of multi storied residential and commercial buildings.

JUNIOR ENGINEER/PROJECT ENGINEER (CIVIL) – JE/PM-05 Degree/Diploma Holder in Civil Engineering with 2-4 years experience of construction of multi-storied, residential and commercial buildings

SURVEYOR (LAND) – SUR -06
Diploma in Civil Engineering with 4-6 years experience in handling all modern surveying equipments for surveying of lands & transferring of layouts & demarcation.

PROJECT ENGINEER (PLANNING) – PE- 07
Degree/Diploma Holder in Civil Engineering with 4-5 years experience in planning & scheduling of construction projects.

QUANTITY SURVEYOR – QS- 08
Civil Engineering or qualified quantity Surveyor from Institute of Quantity Surveyors with 4-5 years experience in the field of Quantity Surveying, preparing estimates, tender documents, checking measurements and analyzing rates of various items.

HORTICULTURIST– HORT- 09
B.Sc.(Agri.) with 3-4 years experience in managing Horticulture of Large townships/campuses and other high valued projects having thorough knowledge of Horticulture, floriculture etc.

SUPERVISORS-SUPV-10
Candidate should have experience of 5-7 years in construction and real estate. The person will be responsible for monitoring execution at site. Candidate should possess adequate knowledge of layout, structural work and finishing items.

FOREMAN-FO-11

DEPUTY MANAGER / MANAGER (ACCOUNTS) TO BE BASED AT Lucknow(D-02):
CA required for our Joint Ventured Company ANSAL UEM Lucknow. Candidates having 5-7 years of experience in accounting / costing, budgeting, MIS, Internal Audit system preferably in Real Estate / Infrastructure Organization of large repute.

DEPUTY ARCHITECT TO BE BASED AT HEAD OFFICE (DA-05)
The candidate should be a B. Arch / equivalent with 8-10 years of experience. Prior experience in architectural designing/working drawings and detailing. Coordination with external architects and structural n services consultants. Knowledge of building byelaws and submission/completion of drawings.

ESTATE MANAGEMENT POSITIONS
ESTATE MANAGER FOR Jodhpur / Bhilwara / Bikaner / Mohali / Sonepat & Ghaziabad (F-03) :
Graduate in Electrical / Civil engineering with 5 – 6 years of experience or Diploma in Electrical / Civil engineering with 7-8 years of experience. Candidates with knowledge of operations and maintenance of Electromechanical services, fire safety system etc may apply. Past experience of managing commercial establishments, facility management, group housing projects or townships will be preferred.

Preference will be given to recently retired Revenue Officer, not below the rank of Mamlatdar. Minimum qualification required – Graduate with a Law background.

Assistant Town Planner
The candidate should be well acquainted with the rules and regulations framed by VUDA, VMC, Collector Office and other departments, for grant of development permission for setting up of residential and commercial complex. He/She should preferably hold a Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering and have requisite experience. Preference will be given to recently retired official from VUDA or VMC.
