We are looking for future Top Professional Leaders (TPLs) for:
I. AMITY CORPORATE SERVICES (ACS)
Amity has been successfully facilitating the Amity pass-outs and Amity Innovation Incubator Incubatees to become successful entrepreneurs and it is foreseen to develop 1,000 entrepreneurs to be active in India as well as overseas. The selected candidates under ACS would look for business development by complete or part acquisition of commercial and/or industrial firms and mentor these young entrepreneurs in the areas of strategic management, personnel, infrastructure, finance, production technology and innovation and know-how, so that through hand-holding by the mentors in these areas, they become successful entrepreneurs. The selected candidates under ACS scheme would start at the level of Analyst or Associate or Vice President, and would become in the years to come Partner/Managing Partner of the establishments which would develop itself in the same fashion as renowned management and consulting firms globally.
II. AMITY FOREIGN SERVICES (AFS)
In view of today’s global scenario, Amity has planned in addition to presently running 10 overseas Amity campuses, 51 further campuses within the next 4-5 years which would in addition to running own education and research programmes, lead to fully utilizing the synergy between overseas universities/institutions/research laboratories and Amity through collaborations/cooperation/various tie-ups and facilitating the Amity students and faculty members to learn on-the-job in various areas overseas and in India and equip themselves with the best of the west coupled with the best of the east.
III. AMITY ACADEMIC SERVICES (AAS)
The training programme aims to imbibe excellence in the selected candidates and facilitate them to become globally renowned faculty and researchers.
IV. AMITY MANAGEMENT SERVICES (AMS)
The selected candidates will follow the career path to reach to the highest level of responsible positions at Amity Campuses in India and overseas.
ELIGIBILITY
Highly ranked Post Graduate Degree from leading global/national university with minimum 3-4 years experience in reputed organization(s).
Age: Between 27 and 32 years (on 1st January, 2014)
REMUNERATION
For Position I: Rs. 2,50,000/- p.m. in the first year and Rs. 3,00,000/- p.m. in the second year.
For Positions II, III and IV: Rs. 1,50,000/-p.m. in the first year and Rs. 2,00,000/- p.m. in the second year.
For above positions, if the selected candidate is already getting higher emoluments, then the same would be matched. The emoluments after second year will depend on the individual’s achievements, excellence and performance.
The selected TPLs would be provided rigorous on-the-job training of 1-2 years in India as well as overseas and, therefore, should not have any constraints for that.
Selection Process:
After scrutiny of the applications, the candidates would be called for Group Discussion and three-tier interviews at Delhi/Noida.
