Manager – Legal
Law Graduate having good command over written and spoken English and well versed in understanding legal issues and preparing legal documents, sale/purchase agreements for properties, business contracts. Review progress of ongoing cases and liaise with external lawyers. Continuously monitor compliance with statutory obligations and advise management. In depth knowledge of regulatory laws, civil, criminal and lab our matters.
Work Experience of 3- 5 years in a similar capacity.
Manager / Asst. Manager – Accounts
Independently handle accounts, attend to statutory auditors, finalization of accounts, working knowledge of banking and finance with reasonable knowledge of direct and indirect tax laws.
Work Experience: CA with one year experience or Inter CA/M.Com. with 5 years experience Remuneration commensurate with qualifications and experience.
Accounts Asst.
Having thorough knowledge of routine accounting and maintaining basic books of account and assisting in finalization of accounts and audit. Candidate must have working knowledge of preparation and filing of TDS returns under the Income Tax Act and compiling details for VAT returns and other routine returns under other laws. Remuneration commensurate with qualifications and experience.
Work Experience : B.Com. with two years experience in manufacturing industry
