Job Offers for Engineering Graduates at ACC Ltd
Mechanical
Experience in maintenance & overhaul of cement machinery like kilns, ball mills, vertical mills, crusher etc. SAP based planning & scheduling experience preferred.
Electrical / Instrumentation
Experience in Maintenance of electrical installations, Drives, alternators and motors, Project Execution. Use of modern condition monitoring techniques like thermography, harmonic analysis etc. is desired. Experience in Maintenance of DCS and PLCs, Smart transmitters, Process instruments.
Kiln Operation
Adequate experience as in-charge in operation of dry process cement kilns with preheaters, grate coolers in large size cement plant. Knowledge of process engineering, statistical process control and cement chemistry desired.
Production – Process Control & Quality
Chemical Engineers / M.Sc (Chemistry) with adequate experience in ensuring quality at every stage of cement manufacturing process. Knowledge of process engineering, statistical process control, XRF analysis, particle distribution analysis is required.
CCR Operator Cement Plant
Experience in DCS Operations of Cement Plant and Process. Knowledge of analysis of statistical process control preferred.
Alternative Fuels & Raw Materials
Experience in sourcing, storing, processing of various industrial and agricultural wastes, identification of technical requirements in waste usage, schemes to make them consistent in quality to facilitate smooth and safe co-processing for a Cement Plant Chemical Engineers preferred.
Power House
Adequate experience as In-charge in operation/maintenance of Thermal Power Plant with CFBC Boilers, Steam Turbines, DM Plant etc. BOE Certification is desired.
CCR Operator Power Plant
Experience in operation and maintenance of Thermal Power Plant with CFBC Boilers, Steam Turbines, DM Plant etc.
Analyst
Knowledge of Cement Chemistry and experience in evaluation of samples of raw materials, Exposure in XRF and XRD is required. Knowledge of analysis of statistical process control preferred. Science Graduates or Post Graduates preferred.
Safety
Safety Engineers having experience in large process plants. Worked with best in class safety practices & proven track record. Preference will be given to candidates certified in safety course from recognized institute.
Draughtsman
Experience in preparation of Engineering drawings using CAD
Heavy Earth Moving Machinery / Automobile
Experience in overhaul and maintenance of heavy earthmoving machineries, material handling equipment & DG sets
Mining
Experience in mining operations of open cast mines. Certified mining professionals preferred.
Energy
BEE Certified Energy professionals with experience in process industries having proven track record in Energy auditing.
Environment
Professionals having experience in operation and maintenance of Pollution Control equipment and EMS with knowledge of environmental protection and compliance as per PCB and MOEF. Certified Environment professionals preferred.
Logistics
Experience in Supply Chain Management and optimization of distributions costs. Will be responsible for liasion with railways and road transport.
Procurement
Experience in Business Processes and Procurement Intelligence, Inventory Management, Procurement of Commodities, cement machinery and spares. Knowledge of SAP MM is must.
Human Resources Jobs at ACC Limited
Human Resources
Human Resources professionals having strong exposure in IR and HR in large manufacturing setup. Candidate worked on any ERP system is preferred.
Customer Services
Knowledge of Cement application, Concrete design, construction practices, having experience in providing solutions to the customers and also providing support to field sales force in enhancing the market share and customer satisfaction. Science Graduates or Diploma in Civil will be preferred.
Heavy Equipment Operator / Diesel Mechanics
Experience in operation and maintenance of heavy earthmoving equipments. Preference will be given to certified Heavy Duty Driving license holders. ITI or equivalent preferred.
Electrical / Instrumentation Mechanics
Experience in overhaul, maintenance and trouble shooting of Drives, DCS, PLC, Smart Transmitters, Measuring and Process Control Instruments. ITI or equivalent preferred.
Boiler Operators
Experience in operation and maintenance of FBC Boilers. Preference will be given to ITI or equivalent with Boiler Operation Certification.
Blasters
Experience in preparation of Blasting Material for fragmentation of Limestone. Preference will be given to Certified Blasters as per DGMS.
Fresh Engineering & Diploma holders in above disciplines and Science Graduates having throughout first class from premier Institutes, passed out in 2010 can also apply.
